二、使用资格2. Eligibility

四、报价与价格说明4. Quotes and Pricing

五、付款方式5. Payment

除非双方另有书面约定，服务费用应在预约时或服务完成后按约支付。您提供付款信息，即表示您有权使用该付款方式。在法律允许范围内，逾期付款可能产生额外费用。Unless we agree otherwise in writing, payment is due at the time of booking or upon service completion, depending on the arrangement confirmed for that appointment. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. Late payments may be subject to additional charges where permitted by law.

六、取消与改期政策6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

If we cannot reasonably access the location, or if customer-side delays materially affect the appointment, we may charge additional fees and reserve the right to shorten, reschedule, or cancel the service.

八、客户责任8. Customer Responsibilities

在服务开始前，客户应妥善保管或移走现金、珠宝、贵重物品及重要文件；提前告知易碎、特殊材质或需特别注意的表面和家具；如实说明危险情况或异常环境；提供准确的房屋及服务需求信息；确保必要的水、电等基础条件可正常使用；并在适当情况下看管儿童和宠物。Before service begins, customers should secure or remove cash, jewelry, valuables, and important documents; identify fragile items or surfaces requiring special care; disclose any hazardous or unusual conditions; provide accurate property and service details; ensure basic utilities such as water and electricity are available; and supervise children and pets when appropriate.

对于因客户未披露风险、现场存在安全隐患、家具结构不稳、设施缺陷或安装不当而造成的损失，我们不承担责任。We are not responsible for damage or loss arising from undisclosed risks, unsafe site conditions, unstable furniture, structural defects, or improper installation.

九、服务范围限制9. Service Scope Limitations

十、服务满意度与问题反馈10. Satisfaction and Service Issues

如果您对服务结果有异议，请在服务完成后 24 小时内通知我们。根据具体情况，我们可自行决定安排回访补做、提供部分费用减免或信用额度，或提供其他合理解决方案。If you believe there is an issue with the completed service, please notify us within 24 hours. Depending on the circumstances, we may choose to offer a return visit for clearly identified items, a partial credit or adjustment, or another reasonable resolution.

Some stains or odors may be permanent and may not be fully removable.

Customers are responsible for identifying specialty materials, high-value furniture, or special-care requirements before service begins.

十二、退房清洁与入住清洁特别说明12. Move-Out and Move-In Cleaning Disclaimer

退房清洁和入住清洁的目的，是帮助改善房屋整体卫生状况与观感，但我们不保证客户一定能拿回押金，也不保证房东、物业、中介、买家或检查人员一定会认定房屋达到某种特定标准。Move-out cleaning and move-in cleaning are intended to improve the overall condition and presentation of the property, but we do not guarantee the return of a security deposit or that any landlord, property manager, broker, buyer, or inspector will determine that the space meets a particular standard.
